Maker's mark on Kydex/Boltaron?

All I've seen from sheath makers is branding

if its kydex you could have a stamp made and press it when the material is hot

Now that you mention it....... That's probably what I saw.
Hot material, cold tool.

Makes sense..... Cleaner press.

I haven't tried my maker's mark on Kydex yet. I normally just buy Kydex sheaths and modify them the way I want them. My steel press will work for Kydex so I will probably make one some time in the future. It would be nice to know how to use my maker's mark for Kydex. Can't wait to see what you find out!

Al over at Azwele.com makes nice sheaths, and he melts in his makers mark on them.
