Maker's mark

I should know the answer to this. Guess I'm getting to old.

I've got an old fixed blade knife with no name on it .. just a maker's mark that looks like a hand clutching arrows. I know I've seen it before for some well known company.

Help?

That might be Russel Knives, but if you were to ask on the Bernard Levine forum you would get a positive ID, especially if you post a picture of the logo in question.
