im near gettysburg PA just wanted to see if i could find some other makers around me im thinking tom anderson is just up the road but is there any others
 
I live an hour south of Hanover on the Mason-Dixon line just below Stewartstown, PA. If you want to give me a call and talk knives feel free. My number is on my website.

Come on down to the knife show at Harrisonburg,Va. this weekend.There will be lots of knife makers from Va.,Md.,Pa.
 
bladsmth im going to have to know alittle more about the show before i cut work, my real job, and drive the 3 hours or so can you set me up with a little info there going to be an even heat sales person hell i would make way just for that if i could buy a kiln while there but any inf will help thanks
 
No oven dealers.Pop's will be there (he can ship you an oven).Ivory and wood suppliers.Knife makers galore.The Buck Society collection is usually there.Silent auction.Lots of sellers.Swords,autos,minis,folders,you name it.
 
bladsmth thanks but it looks like i cant go anyhow working and my dam truck cost me a buck every 8 miles. i have to watch where all i go to save where i can might have to car pool with a friend that im getting in to forging. next time i can get away hope to be going to the blade show but thats even up in the air
 
any makers in the Litte Rock, Arkansas area willing to show a newbie a thing or two??
