I love hooked blade folders and have a half dozen Spyderco models.
So here the other day I was walking through my local Home Improvement store and happened to see that they carry disposable carpet and linoleum knife blades.
I noticed that the attachment portion of the blade had the same configuration as the "razor" blades my folding utility razor knife had. Whatdya' know, it fit, with a little bit of force. Seems the hook blade is slightly thicker than the razor blade so I had to squeeze it shut with pliers.
Because the hooked blade extends well out over the end of the handle, I cut a small piece of rubber to lay in the channel to cushion the edge. The blade extends out about an inch over the end of the folder giving an effective inch and a quarter of exposed hook blade when closed.
I'm working on some sheath designs and have gotten one that allows pocket carry open or closed.
Whole set up cost about $13.
