Making a Kydex Sheath

I was wondering how you make a Kydex sheath. Moreover, I was wondering where the cheapest place (online) to buy Kydex is. Reason being is that I want to get a SOG Mini Pentago and want a Kydex sheath for it instead, but don't want to go to a maker when I can make my own. So, what do you do to form it, and where do you get the eyelets to clamp the stuff shut, and what kind of tool to you used to put the eyelets in? Thanks for your help.
