Making a Strider AR lefty friendly??

So I just got my Strider AR this morning... and this thing is HUGE! Its the first folding knife I have ever handled that I couldnt make my fingertips touch the other side of my hand!!! In my big hand it feels great honestly.. but anyways The gentleman on this forum I got it from, I forgot to ask him about the lefty issue I have. Any way to convert it to lefty? I see that I could probably convert the thumb stud to the other side easily( although I havent removed it yet). the pocket clip looks like it is just screwed into the G10 scales... so if I were to flip it around and make 3 small holes would it be a correct way of doing it? This is knife is going to be my EDC so I couldnt care less about its value etc... BTW did I mention this knife KICKS ASS. It feels exactly how I imagined the perfect folder should feel!!

Congrats on your First Strider purchase! You will find that it probably won't be your last! You must have gotten an earlier model, as the newer ones have dual thumbstuds and a clip which is reversible for left or right carry. I am not sure about the mods you speak of, but I know someone here will be able to point you in the right direction!

The AR is a BAD A$$ Folder for sure! Enjoy!!

Ask the Strider Shop about upgrades. They usualy try very hard to make the customer happy.
