I have to questions about custome G10 scales. Is there anybody who actively makes custome scales for folders. And what would a ballpark price for such a job cost. I understand that the price probably could vary quit a bit considering g the actual job involved. Just would like a really rough estimate. And the knife I'm talking about is a kershaw Rake and I'm aware of how it could be a pain to do because of the speedsafe torsion bar. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Its not a pain at all with the torsion bar or anything similar . It just needs to be milled out with an end mill. Very very easy
Just look in the services offered section and ask some of those guys.

You can get a pair of scales for a similar knife for 80-120$

It takes me less than 90 minutes to make most framelock singles to better than factory finish for my friends..

Just ask around in the makers forum with some emails.
You will get prices FAST!
