i got a spyderco delica with a g10 handle. the g10 has the texture removed and i really like it. this makes me want to do it to some of my other knives. can anyone point me in the right direction so i can get started on this project?

Don't take this as gospel because I haven't done it before, but I would remove the scales, attach them to a 2x2, and use a fine sandpaper and wet sand them.

yeah i was thinking about trying it on a tenacious first. that way if i totally mess it up, its no big deal

G10 is resin impregnated with sheets of glass fiber. You can sand it pretty easily with modern compounds.

What you really do not want to do is breathe in the particulates, that will not just hurt stabbing inside your lungs, but can give you cancer.
