I truly enjoy making knives, but my favorites are anything from EDC size up to Kephart size. That being said, I’m going to be discontinuing larger models like the Camp Knife and C/U-7. Several reasons include material costs, time to make, and uncommon material size. I can make two smaller knives in the time it takes to make one of these.

As a side comment to the ideas I expressed in "Any New Year's Resolutions," maybe such a larger knife would be a limited release or special run at a time of your choosing in the future, like say right before summer or hunting season?

Actually, I think that is a great idea! There is always a hunter or fisherman that is needing a hunting knife! You know I'm not the only large knife lover out here! I guess I'll have to find another maker for the large knives I want then!

Just remember, you already have one on order!

I know, I'm not planning on buying anything until after that! But, Thanks for the reminder! Later!

I can understand. Probably most people find the small to medium knives more useful day-to-day. I suppose they are but I still like a big 'ole blade!
