making Ti chopsticks

I've been trying to find some to buy but no one replies so I decided to make my own. Can anyone give me pointers on grinding,cutting,polishing and anything else I could hae missed.

Thanks Ya'll I got some Ti rod orderd now all I have to do is learn about it. Mr Clark your stick are very nice you do nice work but I reached the point with this now I want to try. Got any hint you wouldn't mind passing along to a newbie. I'm not trying to sale just make some for family and friends
