I have ordered some knives from Ralph Turnbull. There are 3 yet to deliver, but I just got one almost exactly like http://www.angelfire.com/biz2/turnbull/ralph21.html His description is:
Slim folder has a 4" blade of stainless damascus (by Devon Thomas). Bolsters are also of stainless damascus intertwined with mokume gane. Scales are of African blackwood. Fully fileworked inside and out. This photo doesn't come close to showong how nice this knife is. I guess my non-tkcl folder is next to arrive.

Just sent in payment for the non-Tkcl on Saturday. Told him I was not in any hurry.
