That's it. Nothing else to report other than the pleasant buzz of a gargantuan (and might I add... delicious) martini.

Here's some random Busse stuff for the content-concerned.

Still, even if I had been sober, I would have bought the bony Active Duty.

How are those tan ones still in stock? They freakin' rock.

At a cookout a few weeks ago, my aunt commented, "I need a little knife like that," when I handed her my bony AD to cut up some hot-dog onions.

She obviously has good taste.

Nice fire basin. Thinking about a fire ring/pit of some sorts for my back yard...

Great pics!!

nice pics but i didn't see one of your martini, make another and get a decent pic for us

.

I've switched from rum to vodka lately. Screwdrivers for the most part, but how about some edumacation on good vodkas and the mixin's. I've been drinking Ketel One and on cheap days it's been Platinum.

I'm not a 'vodka guy.' However, I have been the beneficiary of a modicum of wisdom from the vodka afficianados of Blade Forums.

I'm told Jewel of Russia, if you can find it, is a tremendously great Russian vodka.

Tony G and many others convinced me to buy some Texas vodka -- Tito's Handmade Vodka. It is surprisingly good.

mmm...Vodka.

And, I've been obsessing about that blade - I'm a new piglett and that is one blade I just love.

P.S. this is my first Busse-based post.

I think I can say, with little risk, that it won't be your last. ;)

i haven't found any better than luksosowa. made from potatoes, rare in a vodka these days. and it's inexpensive.

I think you're right!

I'm even trying to make sure I'm home this Wed. to get into the Humpoganzaaa! to try and score a SARsquatch...

Damn addictions...

Thanks for the welcome. I'll post some pics later this week when some more packages arrive. :D

I used to supplement my income selling for a beverage distributor and by coincidence the 3 vodkas mentioned so far,Jewel of Russia,Titos, and Luksusowa were all in our catalog. Us salesmen always had sample bottles of most every thing we sold. That was the best and worst part of that job.:thumbdn:
All nice choices. If its available in your area give Svedka a try. It is made in Sweden.Good stuff:thumbup:
