So there I was surfing the channels the other night and stopped on that show Regis does, "America's got talent" or something like that.

But this music group, which is the best way I can descripe them came on. There were these blue dudes with no hair, and I mean blue all over, and they were wearing an octopus like music thing. Sorry, thats the best way I can describe it. There were some other funky dudes with no hair beating on some kind of percussion instrument.

Then there was a gal, pretty thing too, that had a fiddle. She looked more like a country music performer . What a weird combination , a pretty country gal with a fiddle, and a bunch of funky dudes with no hair playing funky looking instruments.

But it was like a train wreck, and I couldnt look away! And the music, well, I kind of liked it, much to my suprise.

Anyone else catch that? Who was it? Do they have CD's for sale? I just gotta know.

I didn't catch that show, but sounds like you are describing "Blue Man Group".

Hey, thats them! Thanks for the link. I gotta pay more attenion to what going on out there in the world!

I saw that KN. The best part of it, imo, was the way they had the piano stripped and turned on it's side and the blue dude was using a huge drum stick to smack it. Sure make an interesting sound!

The BMG has been around a while- a couple of different ones actually IIRC. Very talented & innovative performers.

If you're ever in NYC, check out BMG's performance. I highly recommend them. Funny as hell. :D

Thats a tune they call "Piano Smasher"

They tuned the strings of the piano to 4 different pitches and then use a huge beater to play it. Lots of fun.

Their latest show (I think) has the three Blue Men trying to learn how to be a rock band. Its hillarious. I saw most of it on TV at one point.

They were at one of the casinos in Biloxi once but I didn't go see em. If they're ever there again I'll go see em for sure!
