It was a veritable meat fest folks. Then there were the super cool Busse Custom Shop Hog steak knives that were sort of won, they still have to pay for them, but the people who get the chance to buy them was drawn by cards.

Jaxx showed himself for the protein power packed meal as well! I caught AMY looking like she was sleeping, but I assure you she was her regular animated self. Oh and that special knife of hers is freaking awesome!

I didn't get lots of pics mainly because I was stuffing my face with select cuts of meat, but anyone who did get more pics, please feel free to add them to this thread. Jaxx was snapping pics like a mad man. It was like he was collecting memories of hogs at the trough like he has been collecting the knives. Good times and good food. Can't beat that.
 
I'll try to get some from the show this weekend, but I am not going to be snapping pics all weekend long. The wife plans on having the camera for pics of the kids on their outiing down town. I figure there will be plenty of photos from the show by others though.
 
PG, thanks for posting those great pics in between the rounds of shots I KNOW you guys started doing a few hours ago!
 
No shots for me tonight, we drove non stop from Springfield to Chattanooga at 11pm last night. Grabbed a little lunch at Sticky Fingers and then back on the road to ATL. I don't sleep well in cars so suffice it to say that I have already dozed off at this keyboard a couple of times getting this thread up. My butt is going to bed and I am getting to the show early. Now tomorrow it will be shots of pig's nose, bottle of CBL long necks and cigars. Oh yeah don't forget the pit. :D

I saw you, but didn't get a chance to come over to put the face with the name. :) Besides, I like being inconspicuous. Did I spell that right? Man I am tired. Don't feel bad Drew (moveovr) was there the whole time and I didn't see him until the night was all but over. Evidently he was sitting at a shop table or something. :D
 
Thanks for the pics; its fun for those of us who aren't there to soak in a little of the atmosphere.

When I had this picture in my head of what Jaxx really looked like, I was thinking more along the lines of the guy (who is that?) sitting to the left of him. Now it's all starting to make sense.... LOL! :D

The guy to his left is MikeH or, as we know him, the Dad of the lovely Kim. She and I agreed: we both increased pants size during the Fogos visit.
 
Ok, thanks! Yeah, now that I think about it. I seem to recall a photo of Mike from last year's Blade....
