Manage Attachments not working

Had an issue earlier this week and Sparks seemed to get the issue fixed. Now i can see my attachment pics, but when i try to attach them to a post, i get a an error msg stating that the pics exceeds my quota by 56.70 mbs.

Its existing pics that says im over my quota.
Tried old pics and newer pics that are already in mng attachments, every pic i've tried to load says i'm over my quota

Kevin, I mentioned this on another post. it seems that the new system/server is not counting how much space you have used in your upload file, but the total volume of everything that you have ever attached to a post, even if those pics are repeats or have been deleted from your upload file. I did a mass delete and only have 123 POSTS with attachments, but still have 236 files in the folder and I am down to like 4MB. I may be wrong, but I think that on the old system, there was a way to delete pics from the file, and X at the top right corner of each pic, but not anymore.

Doing some investigating, it seems like the old server wasn't counting storage space at all. One particular user had something like 700mb of files uploaded. Whoops.

Obviously deleting all those photos is sub optimal, but at the core we're not an image hosting site like imgur (preferred) or photobucket
