Thought I'd share my dinner with y'all!
So im in between houses right now and my wife and I are staying with my sister. I only took a few of my beckers with me and decided to prepare dinner with my bk16.
I started by making a mango and mushroom purée, then cooked some onions and red bell peppers, and finally cooked some chicken to complete the dish.
I was pleased with the way my 16 handled but think my FFG 16 which is in storage would cut vegetables a little better.
I usually use my bk11 and have had no problems cutting fruit or vegetables with it.
I love the way the bk16 feels in my hand and the balance is great.
Such a bad ass little knife!!
Here is the finished plate!
A little rum and ginger ale to wash it all down.
The chicken was so moist and the 16 cut right thru it!
I think the becker made it taste even more amazing!
Maybe I'll try my bk9 out next time!
Enjoy
