Manix 2 CF w/Cruwear???

I've seen some people pick up a Manix 2 with carbon fiber handles and a cruwear blade from the factory seconds sale. Is this a yet to be released model?
 
Where did you see this? The only Cruwear Manix was grey G10. I have never seen Spyderco sell a second of a model that has yet to be released but anything is possible.

Over on the Spyderco Forum Jabba had posted that he found a CF Cruwear Manix at the seconds sale but passed it on to someone else. Check his thread on the green Tenacious. It was also discussed in another thread but I can seem to find it now. It's possible I saw it in one the Spyderco groups on Facebook.
 
Perhaps they built some one off's out stale spare parts at the factory and sold them as is?
 
I actually have one of them and Yes they are indeed going to be a future Sprint Run through an exclusive dealer.

BTW Its pretty sick! Its sanded smooth Carbon Fiber with Cruwear steel!
 
This is Great news as I just had to pass along my beloved cruwear...
