  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Manix 2 LW question

I'm considering a Manix 2 LW but can anyone confirm that they are now made with screws instead of rivets? I'd much prefer screws for cleaning and maintenance. The spyderco website has it with screws but all retail sites stillbhave it with rivets.

Even the LW with screws has D-barrel nuts on the other side, so if you are planning on AWT linerless scale swap, it wont work. Just a heads up.

I just got a Manix 2 LW in FRCP (black) with a BD1N blade. The knife has screws on one side, and they screw into posts that look like rivets on the other side. Depending on the side of the knife shown in the picture it could be screw construction but look like a it has rivets.

My all black one I bought months ago had screws, best to message seller to confirm though in case they have old stock

Can you post Pics please.
