Manix 2 moonglow

First off, this is not a hidden for sale thread so mods please don't delete.

I have a trade offer on my NIB Troodon and the guy is offering a manix 2 Moonglow edc forum knife and it's a second run. It doesn't have the box or anything but the knife and is in Excellent condition. I've never owned a spydie so I'm not sure of the values. My Troodon was $305 + tax locally two weeks ago. How much cash + the manix would be fair? He says it's worth $300 but from what I've seen it's not quite that much. Any help would be very appreciated!

I just read last night the reason was to prevent a hidden sale which I'm clearly not doing but rules are rules I guess.
