Manix 2 new hardware

good day to you all!
I keep seeing that the Manix 2 lw now has torx hardware instead of rivets however most of the photos of the knife at online retailers still show rivets.
How can I know for sure if the knife will have torx or rivets?

Unless the retailer is sitting on old stock, every LW you get now should have the CQI updates and the screw construction.
