Manix 2 sprint question

Hello all you Spydie folks! I've a question, and please pardon me if I'm in the wrong place.

I have 3 Manix 2s in XHP. Two have polished steel backspacers ( lock assembly container?) and the 3rd looks to be coated with a textured substance that is green in color. I was wondering if any has any idea if this is a errant release, or what the story is behind it. I purchased it from another forum member as new in box.

Pictures would be helpful but none of that version were coated at all.
 
Thank you Sir. I eonder if i've managed to get ahold of someone's attempt at customization.
The knife certainly looks to be authentic....if it's a knock off, it is a remarkable copy. It matches my other Manix 2s perfectly.

I don't think I can post pics as I'm not a gold member. I could email images if anyone is interested.
 
You don't have to be a paying member to post pictures just if you want to use the site to host them for you. Any member can post pictures using a site like Photobucket for example.
 
Thanks Rycen..... I'm afraid that I' deficient in my ability to do as you say. I've not gotten that far in my computer education. Thanks for the info though.

Click on my name and send me an email with the pics and I'll post them for you.

A photo hosting site really is easy. You upload the photos for from your computer onto the site and then all you have to do is post the IMG link here to see the picture.
