Manix 2 XL... What should I expect?

I just agreed to a trade that will be bringing me a Manix 2 XL. I have seen the reviews and know that this is a big knife but I traded a fixed blade that I don't use for it so I figured I had room in my knife closet for a large folder. For owners of this knife, what are your likes and dislikes? What are your thoughts on the lock? What are your main uses for a folder of this size? For the materials and size I feel like it is priced very competitively. Have you had any disappointments with this knife? Use pics are always cool!
 
If you have smaller hands you might have a harder time closing one handed, after practice it's very doable.
 
u wont be dissapointed its super smooth the lock is solid and is a great slicer. i love mine i carry it more often than i do my oher more expensive knifes its just so cool..plus the spyderhole flickin with the middle finger feels awsome i take mine out problably 20+ times a day at work just to flick it open
 
Yup that is one thing that did surprise me was how smooth it was. Pretty much felt like a KVT or IKBS ball bearing system. Just shoots out with finger flick opening. Only thing i would change is all the "jimping" too much IMO. and the serrations on the thumb ramp are pretty sharp. Not really needed with the design
