what you mean when you say,"you have to hold one to belive it" It is incredible, how fitting the handle it is, the heft is there, the great looking blade. It's all a "big" knife should be.

Quick observations (just came in):
Cuts like every other Spyderco i have had (super), clips to my jeans, not too heavy. I will use this knife a lot in the yard.

The only thing I would change is, ease the edges a little more, they bite into my hands. (I will ease the edges myself, later) But for now, going to enjoy putting it thru some torture.

It's a great knife. I can't carry it as much as I'd like since I work in an office environment, but it's great for weekend carry. I still get a big kick out of opening and closing...it's a tank!
