Nice pictures. I just ordered one as well. I should have it early next week. I've read that the factory grind isn't so great and to get the best performance from s110v you should reset the geometry and use a very fine grit on the edge.

You are right , i feel it not good , my Manix2 XL CPM S90V is sharper than this one .

It is a regular production knife. The first batch did sell out (I think) but a few are starting to pop up here and there again.

Reset the edge to what? It's approximately 15• does it do better with a steeper angle? I've also done better not going finer than SM brown rods; how fine would you suggest?

I took mine down to 15* per side. It was very close. I put it on the Wicked Edge and set it with the angle cube. It didn't take but a few. I have played with it from about 600 grit to .5 micron diamond paste on a kangaroo strop. That part is all personal. It'll slice like a banshee with the edge set and cleaned up. I cut with it for weeks and just yesterday I finally stropped her again.
