Well you can look up the company on the Internet just as easily as I did. They seem to primarily make flashlights.
As to where they are made, the company lists its factory as being located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. There is no guarantee that they make the knives there. They might outsource that to someone else. You could contact them. I won't link the page since they also seem to sell direct and they are not a paid dealer member here.
You might want to change the typo in the thread title from "Manner" to "Manker."

I did do a quick search, but I didn't find "china" anywhere, and had other more pressing matters at hand. Thought maybe someone around here knew something, and was easier to snag a pic and post here and continue on with what I was doing then get sidetracked with that...

Very popular Chinese flashlight manufacturer. I have a couple of their lights and they are very good quality.
These knives would be good quality Chinese made blades. Titanium with M390. I wouldn’t pay $80 for one though.

After doing a little research myself, this is what I found. If you order one of these little knives, it is indeed shipped to you from China but that doesn’t mean they make the knives in that particular area. As far as quality, they seem to get decent reviews. As far as where they are made, judging from the designs, them using premium blade steels, and titanium handles, I bet they are made by one of the high end Chinese knife brands such as WE, or Reate.
