I hope you are doing better. I don't know what all you've been through but I understand having a bad year. Some one very near and dear to me is Bi-polar. I've been there through different Dr.s, the medicine roulette, suicide attempts and hospitals. Sometimes a hug a kind word and faith are what has sustained me. And when all else fails there's plain ol' stubbornness. Hang in there. Namaste.

Thank you very very much for your words. I am fine, I guess I will always stay around, as one of my cousins used to say “Nothing happens to you Manoucher! No matter what you go through, you get out unharmed!”.
Thank you very much my friend for opening a special thread for me, I am really really touched and would like to thank you from the deep of my heart for your emotional involvement. I am really O.K. I was just feelng bad since I started to write about some memories I was trying to hide for a long time. But well I am doing very fine now. I will never forget your kind remark Frank. Thank you.
