Hi there. So, I might catch a little flak for this, but I think Mantis knives is a pretty good company. Since I moved to a different state, I've discovered that there are a lot of local laws regarding blade length limits. Some cities and towns only allow 3" blade max. I have a Mantis MK-1VX Midnight karambit, like it says in the title. I've started carrying it because it is well under that limit.
I wanted to be able to clip mount it in one of my back pockets, for either my right or left hand, depending on what I'm carrying. This karambit normally only allows you
to mount a clip on one side or the other. So, I called Mantis, and asked them about it. They told me to send it to them.
Over the next week, they tried a few things, and finally came up with a way to mount clips on each side. So they modified it for free. The one they sent me back was new. That's pretty damn good customer service, and they seemed happy to do it. That's the kind of company I like to do business with.
