Manual versions of the Volt II and Oso Sweet

Has anyone successfully de-assisted the Volt II (3650) and Oso Sweet (1830)?

I haven't, but I usually find out that the "cheaper" Kershaws rely on the torsion bar as a detent for some reason.

This of course could be utter BS as I've only tried to De-asist 3-4 "cheaper" Kershaws.
