Hello world of Blade Forums! We are Olamic Cutlery, a 1YR old brand of custom to semi-custom Damascus hunting knives. You may have seen us at gun shows around California, Pasadena Knife Expo, AG Russell Arkansas show, Spirit of Steel show, Atlanta Blade show, and a few online dealers. All posts will be done by me, Eugene, the co-founder. The reason for this thread is that we're interested in setting up a manufacturer forum to both sell product, engage new community, and have a discussion platform for our existing customer base, source materials, engraving work, etc. As I understand it, we cannot sell in other forums because we are neither a dealer nor an individual knifemaker. Yes, we are a brand - however - the knives cannot be called mass produced. At most we'll create 40 knives per month, with no two being exactly alike. Each knife has a unique serial number stamped into it and comes with its own dated and numbered paperwork. We have repeating styles (designs) but vary Damascus patterns, blade shapes, insert materials, handle materials, fitting materials. I like the idea of a manufacturer's forum and would love to set up one up. Ken C. said to make this post, so here it is!
