Manufacturer vs Knifemaker classification?

We are new to the forum of a few days, so have a few basic questions before we sign up for a Paid Membership:

1.) What is the difference between the $200 Manufacturer and the $50 Knifemaker memberships?

2.) Can both sell their knives in the Exchange Folders for Sale section?

3.) Do both memberships levels include the bold face company listing in their respective categories with our own company forum posts or does that cost extra?

4.) If our IP Address has been banned in the process of our learning curve, can this be reinstated so that we can sign up for a paid membership now understanding the process and flow of the forum (sorry about that, we didn't know the rules of posting)?

However to answer the questions:

1) Forget Manufacturer or Knifemaker. To sell here with a store, you need a Dealer membership.

2) You would need to sell in the Dealer section of the Exchange.

3) I don't understand what you mean by "bold face company listing".

4) That can be discussed.
