I want to thank all my BladeForums friends who stopped by the table to say hi to Tom Mayo and me. It was a great show, both in terms of knives sold and friendships sealed.

Meeting and hanging out with brother Tom was certainly the highlight of the weekend.

For those who bought my knives, a special thanks. You made this the best show I've ever had by an amazing margin.

To my many knifemaker friends, I am constantly amazed at your openness and undiluted generosity. Thanks! And a special thanks is in order to my good friend Tom Anderson for a very special surprise that appeared on my table on Sunday. Wow. What an amazing knife!

And 6 months ago I couldn't spell TNT, now I have one. It even has straight holes, making it a true collector's piece! Great knife, super guy (despite everything I say about him). Thanks Tom Mayo.

Thanks to everyone, sincerely.

(The one with the nice mastodon ivory you didn't think was going to come out as well as it did.)

For those of you who haven't picked up one of Jerry's knives, they are a treat. Light, quick and well balanced. Kind of like I like my wo... Well never mind.

Jerry,
I am sure glad I got that hunter(the fancy one!) - but even better was getting to meet you this past weekend. I want to thank you for the opportunity to own the nicest, best looking, & best handling hunter at the show. Too bad we didn't get it in the competition cause every maker & collector I showed it to was very impressed & highly complimentary - you impressed quite a few Master & Journeyman Smiths. It is definately a "good'un"! Darrel was probably tired of seeing it by the end of the weekend but it was too nice not to show off - there were a lot of knives I fell in love with but when I saw & picked it up there was no doubt that it was "THE ONE" I was taking home with me.

Have a nice day!
Bill
Roger Massey among others was particularly complimentary & Devon really liked what you did with his steel. You deserved to have a great show - I liked every knife on your table!!!

Well... I am glad I didn't go the show... I would have been lusting after every one of Jerry's knives without an outlet.

Glad it was a good time for all of you, though.
