After having attended Ethan's Gathering this last weekend, I wanted to give a big thank you out to everyone at Kabar that made it happen. We had an amazing time, and learned a lot from some great people. Thanks for all the goodies and the food and the knives, it was a weekend to remember.

Y'elcome. It's the least we could do for you guys (and gals). All of you have been very loyal to us and a reason for our success.
Several of us from KA-BAR were scheduled to be there but work and life seems to get in the way....Maybe next year.
The beef was supplied by Steve Johnson (JAB Knives and Nebraska Star) If anything comes from the Gathering, we'd like Steve to get some walk-in business from the BeckerHeads. Any and all of you can and should get some meat from his family company.
Nebraska Star supplies beef to the absolute finest eating establishments in the country.
They are also one of several places in the US that have Waygu Beef (Kobe) The Waygu is unbelievably tender and favorful.
None of their beef is cheap but if you need meat for a special occasion, this is the place to get it.
