Here is another Burl Maple "THINGY" that I just finished. The two photos were shot with different light, therefore the colors are not the same. The one showing the filework more closely represents the true color. Sorry bout the photo quality........

440C Hollow Grind Mirror Polished
Stabilized Maple Burl Handles
OAL 8 3/4"
Tip to Handle 4 3/4"
Stainless Pins with Mosiac Center pin

As always, comments (good, bad, or indifferent) are always welcomed.

GADZOOKS!! What a little beauty! What a gorgeous piece of cutlery you have there! That's some very nice filework you've done on the spine and that Maple burl is real top shelf looking stuff. A great looking mirror polish too. I bet that was a bear to get a good pic of.

THe handle is very nice, if a bit square.

Not much negative to mention about this one. Yes, I would prefer a little more rounding of the handle. I would also prefer that corner, where the finger cutout is, to be rounded off a little more. Other than that, that's a great looking knife.

Thanks for the comments gang. I agree, now that I look at it a little closer.

Fortunately, both suggestions can be easily remedied. Again, thanks for looking and making suggestions.
