I am very interested in the Chevalier but I'm also a little sad. I strongly prefer non-coated blades. I don't like black hardware, liners, or clips with either non-coated blades or wood scales...
At least with the Saakshi, there was an option with non-coated hardware (etc.) so I could do a swap. (See my recent post in the Saakshi thread for pictures.) Is there any chance that there will be more versions of the Chevalier?
