Marani Fighter - Western style?

This is a Santino Marani Fighter I picked up off of Knifeauctions.net recently. Blade is 7" - ATS34, 3/16" thick - heat treated by Bos. Very reasonable prices, working grade finish. Quick and comfortable in the hand. His wife did the nice sheath.

Very interesting shape to that blade. I am not sure if I like it or not. I would have to see it from some different angles.
