Can anyone tell me if any marble knives were made in Gladstone Mi, USA and only have The name Marbles stamped on the blade. I'm in need of any and all information on on this that I can get. Thanks

You need to see one of the posts that show the Marble’s tang stamps. I have seen a couple of those, but I will be darned if I can remember where.

The knife is in a bobcat box, that's marked made in Gladstone Michigan USA. The rubber handle and the Marbles only stamp on the tang of the knife makes me think China. I read one post that said that Marbles never made any rubber handle knives in Gladstone. Has anyone else heard of the rubber handle being used in the Gladstone production.

I've seen at least one rubber-handled Marble's marked with "Gladstone MI USA" on the handle, so unless the one pictured is a fake, I'd say the handle material of your knife wouldn't exclude it from being USA-made.

Those were made someone around 1997-2001 in Gladstone Mi.Its was part of the sportman series. The rubber handle ones were made to toss in your tackle box, etc. They were also made in other handle options.I own a couple in stag. Don’t let the rubber handle fool ya it’s a great knife. If a Marbles Knife came in a “Bobcat” box it’s from 1997-2001ish(Gladstone mi). Some of the best marbles ever made were from that era(Mike Stewart era)

If you want more info? I can send you a picture of the 2000 Marbles catalog they are in. It has a little description with pics and specs. Just shoot me your email and I can take a picture. If your interested in that info. Just let me know

Rob
