I can hardly think of a brand that I would trust more in the field than Marbles. If you ask me, the Marbles combination of 52100 steel and convex grind is far superior to most modern designs. Marbles knives cut like crazy, hold an edge well, and sharpen easily. You cant ask for much better than that.
