I’ve got a few really nice ones up for sale. I'm trying to pay off the credit card, so no trade offers please. Paypal only. These are my first sales on the forum, so I’m initially doing CONUS shipping only, until I get my feet wet. Thank you for understanding. Some of these blades are convex ground. If you don't have an understanding of convex grinds, you may want to leave these for more experienced knife users. As with the convex grinds, you might also want to save the Talonite blade for the big boys.
Buckbenza - He's an interesting one for the Buck collector. This is what we used to refer to around Bladeforums as a “Buckbenza”. It is basically a Buck 560 with a BG-42 blade and a one-armed bandit. The blade was done for me by Joe Houser many years ago. The knife has been used quite sparingly. The pivot might be need a bit of tightening from Buck if you're picky about play. The original nylon sheath is included. The heat treatment of this blade is flat out amazing. I'd rate the blade grind and heat treatment as being much better than a BG-42 Chris Reeve Sebenza. - SOLD
Camillus Talonite Talon – This knife is a bit of a legend. You don't see these for sale very often now. Maybe one shows up every couple of years. Rob Simonich and I had many conversations about this knife, god bless his soul. The knife has been used a bit, so it is not in mint condition. The blade is talonite, and is very sharp. The kydex sheath is attached to a Tek-Lok as shown. If memory serves me correctly, the large Tek-Lok originally had a second lock on the back. This second lock is missing. - SOLD Paypal (no fees), shipped via USPS priority mail in the CONUS.
Marbles Trailctraft 52100 with cocobolo gamegetter handle - This is a wonderful using knife. The blade is 52100 steel, and was made back in the Mike Stuart era of Marble Arms. This knife was made when Marbles was pumping out some of the finest convex ground production knives ever made. The heat treatment of this steel is beyond reproach. This knife has been used, but not very much. I am including the original sheath, which has never been used, and one of my home made leather sheaths, which is a bit more functional than the stock sheath. The blade is convex ground. - $80.00 Paypal (no fees), shipped via USPS priority mail in the CONUS.
Bark River Highland Special – This is from the first production run of the Highland Special, sold by AG Russell a few years back. A2 steel with green Micarta scales. The knife is pretty much in brand spanking new condition, as the handle was a bit too small for my hand. The blade is convex ground. SOLD Paypal (no fees), shipped via USPS priority mail in the CONUS.
