Just thought I would show off the changes I made to my Marbles Camp Cleaver. I rounded off the handle, stained it and stripped the orange paint.....oh and A LOT of sanding!! I love this Machete and in my opinion I think she looks much better!! Let me Know what you think!!

Looks a hundred times better, good job. In the stripping, finishing, and handle work a lot could have gone wrong, but you avoided that and did it very tastefully and the final product looks fantastic. :thumbup: :thumbup:

EDIT: Ehh... what is a knife like that used for, anyway?
 
Very nice I realy like the fact that you finished the handle instead of leaving it bear.
 
Thank you guys!! It is originally intended for outdoor food prep, but found it to be a great chopper, and a all around large knife/machete. It won't replace my small forest axe, but is a lighter option for day trips. Also you could probably fry an egg on it ha ha
