Marbles Canoe 2002 ?

I just purchased a Marbles Peach bone Canoe whittler, marked MSA over Gladstone Mich.USA The owner of the small cutlery shop. Says Queen cutlery turned these out for Marbles can any one confirm this. also what steel did they use for the blades.I know there is a wealth of information on this forum any help wil be greatly appreciated.

PS The knife is a three blade whittler marked 1 Of 450 on the main blade

These were indeed built by Queen Cutlery in D2 steel

I think Mike is right, the Queen made offerings were 1095 or D2 the later for 02s I think. If the F&F is like my 2001 stockman your going to be one happy camper!

I have a large Marbles Congress and a stag easy-open jack from that era. Great quality stuff with 1095 blades.
