Can't help much, but handle appears to be buffalo horn.

Handle spacer pattern indicates it was made in 2000.

That is a beautiful knife! I believe Mike Stewart was running Marbles around 2000; if so, the blade should be 52100. I have a Campcraft and a Fieldcraft from that era, two of my top cutters.

It's a 7.5" Trailmaker. The Trailmakers were 5160. I have one with Stag handle.

I don't know the model or when it was made. However, I agree that the handle material looks like (Water) Buffalo Horn.
A good looking knife. Congrats. Nice find.
