Here are two fixed blades for sale. The Marbles handle was rebuilt by Bob Young longtime employee of Marbles. He removed the alum. pommel and added a stag pommel instead. This is a Gladstone Mich. USA knife. Knife itself was made between 1935 and 1942 according to Mr. Young and Mike Stewart. You can look at the spacer pattern to identify time line. Knife is in excellant condition and the handle is tight. After market sheath not original to the knife. Razor sharp too. 5.75" blade and 4.5" handle. One tiny spot of oxidation back by the ricasso I can't get to show up in the pics. $150 shipped

Next is a LoneWolf made Loveless designed utility. Modeled after Bad Bob's knife Loveless made for himself after seeing the movie "The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean". It is a drop forged integral blade of LV-04 I think. It could be 02 for the numbers I would have to look either way the knife is dead MINT with all paper work and the box and a kydex lined leather pouch sheath ala Loveless design also. Blade is 4.5" and the handle is about the same. Brown polished micarta handle slabs with red liners between micarta and the integrally forged guard. This knife is as good as any custom or handmade hunter I have ever owned, and I kid you not SOLD

It seems I can't upload pics at the moment which lately seem typical on the site here. Sometimes the page loads quickly other times it seems to hang like it is doing now. FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. I will try a bit later on.

I take pp and ship on my dime USPS Priority Mail. keepem sharp and pics to follow I hope!

Another edit: I would trade the Marbles for a MINT Cold Steel Hatamoto or one of the new Trail Masters from Taiwan. keepem sharp

BTT and then off to the JDF's. These fixed blades are MINT! keepem sharp

PS drop the price 10 bucks on both too.

Were the leather washers replaced on the Marbles? or just the pommel. It is hard to see in the picture.
Thanks

Just the pommel was replaced. The sheath is a custom made for the knife. Leather washer and guard are original to the knife. Handle is tight, no looseness what so ever. Keepem sharp and thanks

PS I believe the way the Marbles are judged for age is the color combination of the spacers. I have seen other Marbles with same combo of colors that date to the mid 30's for manufacture. This is a forged blade too.

How much for the LoneWolf?I don't a price listed.

[edited] nevermind,I see it's SPF

BTT for the Marbles. Folks this knife was made between 1935 and 1942, the only upgrade done to the knife itself is the antler pommel. Has a Peloza custom sheath too. The handle, spacers, guard, and blade itself are original. This knife is extremely sharp and well pretty much mint. keepem sharp

I have an unused Cold Steel Carbon V Trailmaster that's about 18 years old. I'm the original owner, it's been sitting in the drawer all these years. Interested in trading for the Marbles.

As long as it is in good condition absolutely! Here's the thing. I am going on vac. tomorrow until about thurs. You can p.m. me if you like with your address. I'll have the knife out to you next Fri and you can do like wise also. Let me know if this works for you. keepem sharp and thanks

The knife was bought new, and has never been used. There might . . .and I say might . . . be some tarnish on the brass guard and a couple of small specs of discoloration of the blade --I'll look at it closely tomorrow, it's boxed up now -- and I'll send you a couple of pics of it if you want to check it out.

I used to be a fan of CS, but I think their quality has gone down in the past ten years or so, and the newest CS product I have is over 15 years old, and still what I consider the "good stuff".

No need for pics, as I won't have access to the I net after a couple of more hours. I am good. Just email me your address dwilcox12 at rochester .rr. com
Just use the at sign and drop the spaces in my address to make it work. keepem sharp
