I've decided not to have one of the monthly sales in March. To be honest, I have no idea on what to make to put in the sale. It seems like interest in smaller models has dropped, and larger models don't do well in the sales.
Have you tried putting a bare bones fork and knife set out? Maybe in a kydex slip sheath? There seemed to be a lot of interest in the forks when you first posted them.

The problem with the forks is there is very little profit on them. They take almost as much time as a small knife, and steel and handle material is the same as a knife. If I do too much stuff like that I won't be in business much longer.
I can understand your reasoning, now for an idea, what about a nice regular size carving set with very limited options for matching handle scales, and limited numbers made.

I can't tell you how many times since becoming a member here I've looked at a knife and wondered how someone could make money when selling at the listed price. I think the fork is interesting but honestly it would never replace my titanium snow peak spork.
