Since February is filling up, I thought I would announce the March Special. I`m going to offer kyturkey`s design, the Kentucky Fieldmate at a special price for March. This is one of the nicest neckers I`ve had the pleasure of making, it`s right up there with the Baby Kephart and CB Neckmuk!

Here it is with the specs:

Kentucky Fieldmate (kyturkey design) 6" overall, with a 2 1/2" blade, 7/8" tall, and 3/32" thick. Regular price $120.00.

Special price will be $105.00 including your choice of neck or belt sheath, and shipping in the U.S.A.
 
Hopefully kyturkey will get some time out with his so we can see some in hand shots and in use shots.
 
I'm interested but I'd love to see any pics that kyturkey could share before I put an order in.
 
Wow. It's cool to see my design as the March special, along with the kind words from John.

I got it last Thur. afternoon and all I've had time to do with it is open some plastic packaging on my wife's birthday gifts. (which it performed flawlessly for that task) Between work, birthday parties, and getting ready for Christmas I haven't been able to use it much or get photos. I hope to get out with it and post photos tomorrow.

I was a little anxious to see how the handle would turn out, and I've got no complaints there. John did a great job on the handle profile.

No hurry, I know how busy this time of year can be. Our 23rd anniversary is this Saturday, the grandkids church Christmas program is Sunday, then Christmas, then January 1st is Connie`s birthday!

Sounds good! This could be "The Official Gathering Knife." Mine is going to be ironwood.

Y'all can't play with them, they must stay in the sheaths it'll be the only way to tell them apart. One necker, one pocket, and one belt sheath.

John can you rehandle mine in burl, red liners, brass pins - I always wanted to be one of the cool kids......lol
 
Hey John - I'd love to see a special on a Scout Jr at some point in 2011 if it fits in to your schedule!
