No it's not the Orange Men, just an orange Bullnose.
A while ago, I was fortunate enough to win a giveaway that was generously hosted by Leghog. The prize was this tremendous Great Eastern Cutlery Farm and Field line Bullnose in orange delrin. I was really excited to receive it, my first sodbuster pattern and my first O1 blade.

It is a very, very nice knife. I have been using it in place of my opinel for crofting duties and it performs wonderfully. The blade, being double the thickness of the opinel, feels so much stouter in the hand and provides a reassurance when cutting that I didn't really notice the opinel lacked until I received it.

Certainly it doesn't sharpen as easily as the opinel but once sharp it holds it's edge a lot longer. I still love my Opinels but this orange beauty will be my hard work knife for a wee while I think.

For those of you who are new to the traditional forum, Leghog is one of our most revered members and an extremely accommodating man. Anyone following the conversations in the lounge know that he has been through a lot recently and to giveaway this to someone he hadn't met from the other side of the Atlantic was exceptional.
Leghog, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
