Marcus Lin Custom Chute Knife

A few months ago I purchased an oversized Loveless style drop point from Marcus Lin and after enjoying the larger size handle, I asked him if he could make a Loveless style chute knife in the same larger proportions as the drop point. He agreed and here is the final result.
1/4" ATS-34, OAL of 10" with 4-3/4" [5" to guard] blade heat treated and cryo'd to HRC 61, tapered tang, natural canvas micarta with black liners, and Loveless designed leather sheath. At my request there are no holes in the guard nor any lanyard hole.
In all a beautiful and impressive piece of work.

Hi Jack,

Thank you for posting the photos.

(The knife is approx. 10% larger than the original Chute Knife to retain proportions -especially working with the thicker 1/4" stock that was requested).
