I have been in the market for a Marfione Anax for some time. Making calls, checking prices. I happened upon Gear Barrel from a post on this forum. I called to check the shop out since I have never done business with them. I was fortunate enough to talk to Keith (owner). We had a nice conversation, I let him know that I was looking for a Marfione Anax. Keith asked me if his price was reasonable, I told him that he was in the ball park. He then lowered the price to one that was lower than any price that I have found in my search, which I was more than satisfied with. The price in addition to the fact that I had a comfortable conversation with the person that I was going to be purchasing the knife from made me feel comfortable enough to buy the knife from him. I received the knife in short order and when I opened the box was happy to find some extras. Gear Barrel is great shop to deal with and I feel strong enough regarding my opinion that I will share it in confidence. Hope you all have as great of an experience as I did.
