Here's my 4th knife - the result of fitting something to the remainder of my steel and an impulse buy of some 1/8 jade scales. I think it will be a cool bar knife / lime cutter. I haven't sharpened it because I haven't figured that out quite yet

Erik, looks like you made some progress today!!:thumbup: I'm liking it a lot. That will make a very nice bar knife for sure. Limes will surely perish

The 1/8" handles were a good choice for that one and they turned out nice. I'll talk to you via email a bit later after I put the kids to bed about final sharpening if you're around.
