Marine Combat Knife #5684MK - Sawtooth spine and Piranha serrations, Kydex sheath

Here it is (top knife) from the 2003 Camillus catalog:

It's listed in the 2001 Camillus Suggested Retail Price List as "Subject to Availability". It is not listed in 2002-2004 price list. I don't have a copy of the 2000 price list.

When did Camillus first make this knife? How many years? Production total (ballpark)? Was it a special factory order for Smoky Mountain Knife Works?

I believe that the catalog you mentioned refers to 2000 and this knife was produced in 2000-2001.
