I made this sheath a way back, and finally got some images done up....

It is on a Blade-Tech min Tek Lok...

Horizontal, of course, you can position it anywhere around the waist that suits, I just did it that way for the image....

Vertical, same as above with positioning.... My friend, a very skilled plastic bender, likes this style of carry. Maybe he will stop and say something.

I snagged my brother for a little photo session, and we mocked up a Figure 8 or Infinity Harness out of para-cord, what MerCop sells as the MercHarness....

Now, these images show one set-up, but with a little imagination, I think you can see all the iterations...

One thing that stays essentially the same, and the heart of this method, is the cord crossing, or coming together into a knot or a bead across the back, just north of the shoulder blades.

Then, on the non-knife side, you can use a couple different methods, fix it to the belt with a clip (shown), tighten it with a cord-lock (like image, but imagine the clip is gone, and you just have loose ends coming out of the cord-lock), or the way I carry it, is a loop under the armpit.

Then, on the knife side, you can lace the cord through the holes and hollow rivets, or you can fix them like shown, or you could tie knots. I carry it like shown.

I better have one of those. I think thats the same knife that I have.

Do you have one of those belt chip for the Mora sheath?

that looks great. How do you think it would work out as a neck carry design out in the woods?
